It can be from 1 hour to 1 year, depending on a number of factors, namely project volume, deadline requirement, difficulty, technicality.

DO YOU HAVE ANY GUARANTEE FOR THE TRANSLATION SERVICE QUALITY?

We have life guarantee for our service. Should you detect anything else that needs adjusting, please inform us. This guarantee does not subject to changes in content.

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY A GLOSSARY OR OTHER REFERENCE MATERIALS?

It’s not a must but a should if you want a better outcome for the documents.

CAN I SEND YOU PAPER DOCUMENTS BY MAIL OR FAX?

So that the interpreter can prepare for the event properly in order to ensure the quality and smoothness of the interpretation.

ARE YOUR TRANSLATORS NATIVE SPEAKERS?

Some of our translators are the native speakers or obtain the highest level certificate in the language.

For example:

• IELTS > 8.0 for English

• HSK 6 for Chinese

• TOPIK 6 for Korean 

• N1 for Japanese

We can handle most of the formats such as PDF, Word, PTS, AI, etc.
